When to Reset

Factory reset is helpful when you need to:

• Start fresh with default settings
• Resolve persistent connectivity issues
• Transfer ownership to someone else
• Clear all custom configurations

Important: This will erase all your custom settings including WiFi passwords, network names, and configurations.

Simple Reset Process

Step 1: Make sure your XG7 is powered on and fully booted (solid LED status)

Step 2: Locate the reset button on the bottom of your device

Step 3: Press and hold the reset button for 15 seconds

• Use a paperclip or similar small tool

Step 4: Watch the front LED change colors - this confirms the reset is working

Step 5: Release the button and wait for the XG7 to reboot (about 2-3 minutes)

What Happens Next

Your XG7 will restart with factory default settings:
