If Something Is Wrong with My XETA Product, Can I Get a Replacement?

Yes, if your XETA device is faulty, we'll replace it under our 1-year warranty after our tech support team determines a replacement is needed.

How Warranty Replacements Work

All XETA products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty that covers faulty devices.

Steps to Get a Replacement

  1. Contact Tech Support at support@xeta.net with your device issue
  2. Our tech team will troubleshoot and diagnose the problem
  3. If they determine your device is faulty, we'll ship you a replacement
  4. We'll provide a return label for your old device
  5. Drop off your old device at UPS or FedEx (not USPS)

Important Notes

  • Free return shipping - we provide the return label
  • Device exchange - you send back the old device when we ship the new one
  • ⚠️ No tokens included - replacement devices don't come with bonus or initial tokens
  • ⚠️ Must return old device - failure to return it will result in charges for the replacement
  • ⚠️ Old device stops earning - once tagged as faulty, your old device won't generate new tokens
